Unprepared, unprofessional and broke our family heirloom When you need brain surgery, you call a brain surgeon. When you need to fix your plumbing, you call a plumber. When you need to move, don’t call artists. Most unprofessional service ever. Movers arrived with nothing but a truck. Literally nothing. No moving blankets, no tape, no shrink-wrap. I had to supply all that and thankfully I had some.

Avoid Rabbit Movers at All Costs: A Nightmare Experience I am writing this review to warn others about my absolutely terrible experience with Rabbit Movers. Despite paying in full and referencing the move date multiple times in emails, they did not show up. They had another date from when I submitted my first quote request. This was a total inconvenience and made me have to book another moving company, extend my lease by a day and rebook elevators for both buildings.
Ah yes... hidden fees, broken furniture, confused customer service that side with you until you get a random call from the CEO. Yes, I waited over 3 years to post this review and I'm still leaving a review from a fake account. But wouldn't you do the same if the business owner, who knows your new address, threatens to physically beat you up?
Warning to all - read and believe the 1-star reviews before hiring this moving company. They employ a system for estimating moving costs that is designed for you to fail, and for them to extort more money from you as the move is ongoing. If you contact their office for customer service you will be demeaned, berated, cursed at, and hung-up on. This "business" recognizes their clients are vulnerable as they're in the process of moving and will take advantage of you however possible.

These are the most unprofessional and disgusting company I have EVER worked for. They mixed up my pick up and drop off address which I didn’t notice until the day of. I called to inform them of their mistake. They called back to inform me that they would either cancel my move or wait till Wednesday. I informed them that my entire apartment is packed up and I can’t wait. They began to argue with me about why I didn’t say something sooner and proceeded to cancel my move and hang up.

Rabbit Movers outsources their work to contractors and there seems to be a strong lack of communication. So the team that showed up to help us move came under-prepared. They neither had the tools they needed to properly move a very normal house nor the time or proper boxes or space to do the job, which we had described as best as we could.
Sorry you feel that way, the truck size was based on the list of items given by you., we asked you questions to confirm the list on 2/2 day before the move when you emailed us an updated list but no reply from you. As for damages you happy closed the claim with the insurance offer.

I had a great experience with Rabbit movers! Justin and Bobby were super professional and so kind during my move. They were extremely fast and had all my things in my new apartment within an hour and a half. Also just genuinely nice guys! Would definitely recommend!
