Thanks for reviewing us Chelsea, I'm sorry to hear your friend had a rough time. We do provide a safe space to store belongings, however it is up to our tenants to properly protect their items with appropriate wrappings incase of any natural disasters just as they would in their home garage.
Good price, but multiple thefts at their storage units. Updated to 1 star: DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They sell faulty property protection. So when your stuff gets stolen, they refuse to cover it.

Called a week prior to reserve a storage unit, talked about the reservation and what to expect with the charges. I come a week later to now move-in and pay for my unit and nobody is there, mind you it the storage haul opens from 9am- 6pm. I left and didn’t return

I had the best experience with this company! I own a cleaning business, so to have a storage facility be so accommodating to what I was looking for was fantastic. Great place nice clean storage units customer service is always great. And they understand if you are late on your payment and work with you on it. This is the best storage company that I've worked with. So far so I give him 5 stars.
