I was overcharged on my bill. Took ten days to get it straightened out. Employees lie. Was told I would get a call back. Never did. Had to call 4-5 times. Finally talked with Pam and she got it done. On the plus side. Same day delivery

They charged my account 4 times, I’m not sure about anyone else but I can’t just give up 1,400 $ and wait 3 to 5 business days to be refunded. Do not set your account on auto draft!

I called them on their day off and talk to the answering service and she said she would give them the message. It was without power and was using the generator and was very low. They was out here first thing Monday morning and took care of us. great service keep up the good work.
