if I could leave a zero as a rating I would. Don't ever do business with this storage and here's why. My experience at Allen's Mini Storage in Port Arthur Texas on 9th Avenue was the most horrible experience ever and it still is. it's worser than my experience w/hurricane Harvey, where water stayed in my apartment for 5 days. I placed all of my Brand New belongings in storage unit 626, September 5th 2019 because I moved to Fort Worth Texas.
It looks like you have had more than your share a problems lately, and we understand that you are very unhappy. We have tried to resolve this issue, but we have no control over what the insurance company approves.
This use to be such a awesome place everyone was so friendly but as of late I keep getting emails saying my payment is late when it's been in their drop box the whole time. I try to contact someone but no message are returned nor will they answer the phone the customer service is not at all what it use to be. I have been through 3 owners of this storage facility. And been a loyal client for about 20 years. Customer service could use some tweaking. Thanks

This location is awesome! I usually hate dealing with storage facilities but this one in particular has top notch service and always goes the extra mile and taking care of their customers!
