In their own words
We moved a 4500 square foot home last weekend with Raleigh Moving Company. First, I should say that everyone we worked with was nice and kind. No issues. The problem came in with planning and execution. We hired them for packing (they said would take Saturday) and moving (they said would take Sunday). They came at 9-15 am Saturday, and the clear objective was to get things in boxes. We had to be really on watch because they were packing so fast.
They forgot to load a lot of boxes. We had to make two stops on the way across the country to unload a few items that were clearly marked so they would be on the outside, but instead they buried them inside the truck - so WE HAD TO RELOAD THE TRUCK! They just threw the last loads in without any care or organization! I called Raleigh Moving Company and they couldn't send help until 2 days later - after the truck was scheduled to leave. THEN...
These guys Broke A LOT of Items and Keep Jacking up the price. They were late everyday and that cost us Extra $$$ and Time.. Many items Lost. MOVING BEWARE!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Johnny and Wilson were fantastic. They worked quickly but with care for my belongings. They were mindful of my property and even took extra time when placing the furniture at the new home to make sure the floors were protected. Above and beyond. The company is a great value, prompt (even early), and friendly while being professional. Already recommended them to others! Thank you so much Raleigh Moving Company!
If I could give 10 stars I would! I cant express how seamless, professional and timely the team was!!! From first point of contact with Sapphire with initial consult and day of packing with 3 professionals( sorry forgot names) packed everything perfect not one broken thing and even wrapped light bulbs. Even packed my 80 Inch tv to perfection. Everything was labeled and was super easy to unpack. The A team lol Mir, Travis & Johnny were amazing.
We moved 2 weeks ago across the county. We chose Raleigh Moving Company based upon the reviews I read online. Finding the right company was stressful based upon the wrong selection of movers in the past. From my initial contact with Sapphira to the completion of the move, we were more than satisfied. Sapphira took my list of items to be moved over the phone and immediately gave me an estimate of the move with an email following. The cost was so reasonable.
If you are looking for a moving company to help with an upcoming move, look no further!! My family and I have tried other local moving companies and trust me when I tell you, Raleigh Moving company is the absolute best! With previous movers (big franchise companies and small local moving companies) we've have bad experiences with furniture being beat up and scratched in the moving process but this was not an issue at ALL with Raleigh Moving Company.
