RUDE and NOT PROFESSIONAL I requested quote and received a phone call from Susan. She spoke about 3 minutes about how this company is wonderful and movers are full time job there with 12 years experience,etc. then we started taking about my moving from a building to the building next door ( 2 bedroom condo to 2 bedroom condo in the adjacent building 400 feet between the 2 buildings). Then she said that I will need 3 men or 4 men +$200 per hour and I will need 5 hours.

Horrible experience earlier this year (2/2025) with this company and the owner Susan who is someone who can’t be trusted. I moved from Woodbridge, Va to Suitland after living in my condo for over 10-years. I told her I needed to reschedule the estimate walk through and she advised we could do it via FaceTime. I was skeptical but decided to go ahead and do it as I was trying to get a moving company for my move that was coming up in February 2025.
I offered to make amends at a discounted rate before you posted a review. After later reading your take on what happened I provided you with an entire day of free moving services with the hope you would remove the review. The free move was … More
Contacted Randall for moving estimate and their relocation specialist gave an estimate of 4.5 K. When I said that is a lot of money and I will get back to him, he offered to move for 3 K without involving Randall Moving & Storage and assured he has done this before for other clients. Nothing against the company but clearly you have some shady individuals working for you. Glad I didn't use the company or their relocation specialist for my move.

Rude. I called to get a quote and as soon as the women answered, I said, "Hi how are you doing today" and she ignored me. I asked again and she said, "I heard you the first time what do you want?" Super unprofessional and rude. Was simply just asking how she was doing before trying to start the conversation in getting a quote. Told her I no longer needed her services and hung up. This is who you all have answering you’re phone? Unacceptable.

Randall Movers is the kind of local company that truly deserves a shoutout. From start to finish, this experience was top-notch.
