This company is extremely unprofessional. I clearly informed the owner that I had delicate marble furniture requiring specialized equipment, and he assured me they were prepared. However, they showed up with just two workers and no proper equipment, then claimed they couldn’t complete the job. On top of that, they still demanded payment simply for showing up. I refused, since I had already paid and the issue was entirely on their end. Be cautious—this company operates in a very dishonest way.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Based on your request, we scheduled two movers, as you indicated that your items weighed less than 300 lbs. However, upon arrival, our team found that several items exceeded 400 lbs, and the original weight labels had been removed.
Would definitely not recommend they tore my sofa. They damaged my mirror and only offered a 60 dollar discount after damaging a +1000 dollar mirror. Save your money

In their own words
Prompt communication, give a bid in line with other estimates I got, were able to do the move the next morning of a very heavy bed frame. They sent a text when they were on their way with an ETA, showed up when they said they were going to show up, and were fast and efficient while still being careful with both the bed frame and house as it had to be moved up stairs and around a corner. I would definitely hire them again.
They did moved a side-by-side refrigerator from one house to another for a reasonable price. They were professional and careful with the refrigerator. I would definitely hire them again.
We had a lot of heavy furniture to move inside the house - gym equipment coming inside from the garage, couches going upstairs etc. They came on time, understood everything immediately, even understood common sense things like which way should the equipment face and so on. They were done in 40 minutes. Another thing I noticed was that they didn’t touch anything which was not part of the move. For instance, there was a bed in their way sort of blocking the door.
These guys were great! My husband and I bought a sofa at an estate sale and at the last minute we needed to get it from South Austin to North Austin. I called Rapimove and told them we only had this one thing we needed to move and could they move it for us that same day. We negotiated and agreed on a price and then they were on top of it! They were communicative and very helpful.
