BEWARE...They will double broker your freight. In addition once caught the owner Jay demanded payment before he would let the 3rd party release the freight for delivery. Keep in mind this was 5 days after the freight was set to deliver and our customer reported the freight not delivered. In addition Ray Hamilton told us that this load delivered on time. This is the worst of the worst. Carriers like this need to be put out of business to better the carrier community.
We did not hire this company. Driver got stuck in our residential neighborhood. He smashed our mailbox. I continue to wait for a response from the company. I have called three times and sent an email. We were standing outside when it happened and did not receive an apology from the driver or even a wave.
They leave their truckers out to dry if they break down! You can't get anyone to answer the ones when you are in trouble and then they pass the buck! They don't care about their people! Greedy and very unprofessional!
Soul-less company that spits in the eye of talent, hard work, dedication, and loyalty. Ray Hamilton must be rolling over in his grave at the destruction of his legacy. These people should be ashamed of themselves, but a lack of decency protects them. The single star is more generous than they deserve.
As a carrier provider, I called to find out if they had the capacity that was needed to receive the 3 loads that day that I was to bring to them. The owner cussed at me and accused my driver of lying.. I had politely asked him the question …
These people are so unprofessional I literally only felt it necessary to leave this review to help save other people from having to work with them. Save yourself time and money and avoid them at all costs.
0 star got pick up from ray hamilton no respect for drivers have appt 8 to 9 went there at 7 45 gate is closed waited 1 hr still closed cancel your load before you stuck there
