Horrible unfair business practices. These people took our storage unit without fair warning and wouldn’t give us back our stuff unless we paid them. It was 175$ plus a 26.50 late fee every month and we paid them and they dodged our phone calls. It costed us over 950 dollars to get it pack. Will never ever use Rays services again. Btw Jason was mean, rude, and ugly to us.
It is always unfortunate when we have to repossess a unit for nonpayment. Understandably people get upset when this occurs. Ray Mobile Storage reaches out to customers via three methods (email, calls and texts) to communicate about missed payments.

Very prompt and professional service in all respects…… I have used several different pod companies for past moves and storage and I can say that these pods are by far the best designed and easy to use. The delivery was right on time and the driver was a pro at setting it up quickly right where I needed it.

I needed a storage unit to house building / construction materials during a home renovation. Ray’s delivered!! Quick delivery, immaculately clean unit, and very reasonably priced. The method of delivery and pickup left NO damage to my lawn or driveway. I give them my strongest recommendation and would use them again on any future projects or moves.

Being a novice at using portable storage units, I did some digging before making a decision. Each source we checked led us to Ray Mobile and I'm glad they did. Punctuality: When they said they'd be here, they were, both for delivery and pickup. Pricing: In line with others. Availability: They had the size we felt we needed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff: The staff we dealt with were unwaveringly the kind of people you want to be helping you.
