Absolutely Disastrous – Stay Away from This Company! This is hands down the worst moving service I have ever experienced. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. First off, the movers showed up completely unprepared, missing essential tools to properly disassemble and assemble my furniture. I specifically mentioned the need for this in my initial communication, so it was beyond frustrating that they failed to bring the right equipment for the job. How can a moving company not have basic tools?

I wish I read the real 1-star reviews before booking this company. Broken items, charges significantly over quoted price, and the owner doing absolutely nothing from a customer service perspective to right the wrongs of her employees actions seem to be very common trends on these reviews. Horrendous and I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. My final fee was 30% higher than quoted due to a longer than anticipated move.

Used them about a month ago for a move. Things went pretty smoothly until at the end they dropped something and damaged the flooring. Have called them and emailed multiple times with descriptions and photos, they won't pick up or return my calls ever since I mentioned the move went wrong. Beware. They also would not assemble certain furniture. EDIT - I contacted real deal van lines the same day of the damage asking how to file the claim, and they never called me back to explain how to file it.

My sisters friend used them to move and they are holding her stuff ransom they where smoking weed on the job and they where hitting on my sisters friends wife in from of my sisters friend if you pick a moving service go with someone that cost more cause there more professional. Since i wrote this i was told by them if i say anything else they would take further actions btw im using my sisters account my name is Alex and im what they call a suspicious character

We hired Real Deal Van Lines to move us into our new home on December 13, 2025. The movers caused some damage: damage to the siding in our house, scratched our front door up, and the most expensive one, a 6 foot scratch across our hardwood floor. I notified them and documented the damage immediately, within 24 hours per their policy. No response from them after multiple emails and calls. Took THREE MONTHS for them to respond and give me an estimate/offer to repair the damage.

Buyer BEWARE. We had them move our 3 bedroom house. To start, they didn't come with a big enough truck even after coming out to do a quote and clearly seeing all we had. So they had to go unload our stuff at their warehouse and come back to get the rest. We had to pay for all that extra time. They charged us 150% of our quote already upon pickup. When they delivered, they supposedly took their time to fit all our things in one truck. Key words... took their time.

WARNING … DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY This place was a joke … took me a few days to tally all the damage to my things and to cool off from how angry I was, only to find out I had only 48 hours to claim anything . What!!! I was beyond disgusted with the service I received! Here’s a list of all that went wrong. 1. Took more than double estimated amount of time quoted., I was quoted 4 - 4 1/2 hrs and it took 9 plus hours for an average 3 bedroom home with no extras! 2. Movers damaged more items than I list here.

Steer clear of this company. Wasted materials and charged for them. They say 8--10am and show up at 7:15a. Estimates are way under. A $1500 quote turned into 2 trips at almost $3500. Couple holes in the walls. Much more to pass along on this company, but the worst part is they let themselves into our house without permission before we arrived, walked across a wood floor being refinished, lied to our face when we got there, and said we said to go in.
