I would NEVER reccomend these people to anyone. They lied and told me they had a truck and did not. I asked for an 8am start time to beat te rain. They kept pushing the time back then showed up at 10:40am. They loaded a couple things, then brought it back into the house, Then told me they couldn't move us because their trailer was leaking because of the rain. You should have known that was a problem before you agreed to move someone, . I had to get a U-Haul and move ourselves. Then after moving.
We showed up for this job it was pouring down rain we seen our truck was leaking so we let you know that it wouldn't be a good idea to put your items on our truck to get rained on also we did a walk-through and sing that your job was going to take at least 5 hours being on the third floor and you…
worst experience I've ever had with any service . A 6 hour job took 11 hours. They tried to charge me for packing material they didn't even use. Not a single box was marked so my family had no clue what was in any boxes. they crammed a mixture of everything together. my 55 inch TV is cracked a broken at the top where they let it fall on the concrete twice just that I seen when unloading it. my couch is ruined with black grease on one end where they didn't protect it with anything. broke the leg off my dresser.
I don’t recommend this company due to the lack of communication, their tardiness & flat out not caring. Here’s my experience that started in September 2025. David the owner claimed the company is insured despite not sending a copy of the insurance to me. For a 9am appointment time, they showed up after 10:30am. A mirror stand was discovered broken when unloading the furniture. See photos. David claimed this would go through insurance to get repaired.

These guys did an awesome job and for a reasonable price! They really handled all my stuff with care and consideration wrapping everything so it wouldn’t be damaged. Even went as far to make sure bringing my furniture inside wouldn’t scratch the floor or doorway. Great work would definitely recommend them!

This right HERE is what’s up! This dude on my left is David, Owner of Red’s Movers in Louisville, KY, and let me tell you what…..he’s a solid guy! I called him up last minute on the day before I needed to leave town and was desperate for moving help and he without hesitation moved some things around on his schedule to help me out. Then he showed up the next morning by 9:30AM, as he said he would, and he brought another guy named Tim (not pictured) who was also super cool, with him.

Long overdue review, I would just like to thank Red’s Movers for making our move here in Louisville back in December very easy, we drove from out of state and was looking for help to unload our 26 ft moving truck (our 3 bedroom home) and saw them on Facebook, contacted them and they worked with our schedule, professional and was very understanding!
