I have waited a month to write this review and to sit with my thoughts about our recent move. Reign came very highly recommended to us by several members of our community and friends who had used them. We hired them to pack for us and for the actual move and some aspects of the move were incredible and very professional and others did not go well.

Based on previous reviews and a recommendation from a neighbor we used Reign Moving Solutions to move us from NC to SC. They picked our belongings up at the end of March and delivered them to our new home mid April. My daughters bedroom set was destroyed, our hallway bench was broken, a console table scratched up, our marble pedestal broken in several places, and a statue that has been in our family for generations was "lost." The pedestal was fixed, we received a refund for the furniture and money towards…
We hired them for moving our townhouse and paid them what they asked for on the receipt while the movers were on site. Then they kept calling us said there was a balance unpaid then charged a full amount on our card. Funny thing is they want us to zelle them in the beginning Then charge us via credit card. What a scam!

The moving crew was great. They let me know they accidentally caused minor damaged a wall. I reached out to Jason and provided pictures. He scheduled time to come out and did not show or follow up. I should have short paid to make sure the wall got patched.

Brian stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process — even when our closing date changed last minute, he was flexible, responsive, and so understanding. If I could give Jason and his crew more than 5 stars, I would!! In what was a difficult move all around, contacting Jason was the one bright spot! When I called him days before my move needing unloading help at my new apartment he immediately stepped up to arrange help and at a remarkably reasonable price. His crew arrived right on time and had my truck unloaded in less than an hour — they were amazingly careful, professional, and friendly.

Perfect service! The team - John, Abel, and JD (I hope I got all their names right) - ran on time and were quick and efficient getting my furniture and boxes moved from my old apartment to the new place within the time constraints set. They were patient and professional as well. Could not have asked for a better move and it was certainly something I stressed about for a while.
We have moved several times and with our recent move we were expecting another so so moving experience. Boy, were we nicely surprised with Reign Moving Solutions! Our closing date was delayed by a week but Brian worked us in for the new date, coordinated a crew and rented an extra truck to keep us on schedule. Very smooth transition! On moving day, Brian informed us the crew were on their way with an ETA and showed up on time. Each team member introduced themselves, came up with a plan of action and began.
