Found them through offer up, put down a $50 deposit. I have a 1 bedroom apartment. They had me take pictures of all my items. I had already moved most of my items myself and just needed help with the heavier items. They gave me an estimate for $350 maybe $400. After the guys already showed up they look at my fridge and laundry machine and say it’s $100 per item For heavy item fee, so $200 extra. Then a $50 extra “double drive fee” that they claim is the law but google it yourself, it’s not the law.

I used Reliable Moving Services once before and had a great experience, which is why I decided to hire them again. Unfortunately, this second move was completely different. They were scheduled to arrive between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., but did not show up until around 11:00 a.m. Despite that, the mover initially started the timer at 10:30 a.m. and also wrote the wrong start time on the contract. I refused to sign until the accurate time was listed, and only after arguing with him was it corrected.
This is my second time using this moving company, and I must say that I'm very displeased with the service this time. During my first experience, the team was quick, efficient, and very polite. However, the group of three guys I had this time was quite the opposite. I hired them to move my belongings from a 10x10 storage unit, which primarily contained boxes and small office furniture, along with a Samsung double-door refrigerator.
The arrival time was 9am to 10am they arrived at 10:10am Sam was very nice however the other mover man was Petite approx 5’ tall and small in statue. Not a lot of help. They moved very very slowly. Me and my daughter were very organized and helped moved things into the truck. We helped wrapped the few items of furniture she had. She was just moving into her first apartment off to college. They took 45 minutes longer that the GPS said to arrive. Turns out they stopped at Target on the way to the delivery apartment.

Adam and his team at Reliable Moving were great! Adam was quick to respond and made it easy to coordinate a move of retail shelving for my business. Everything was laid out clearly before the move. His team of movers Sam, Anass, Shahmara were punctual, very professional and efficient with their time. I was worried about damage but they took the time to wrap up each shelf with clear wrap and moving blankets to protect the finish of the furniture. Great teamwork and coordination throughout the whole process.
I hired these guys for the second time today and they did a great job. I had a very friendly and hard working crew (Ilya, Eddie, and Sameer). They took good care of my stuff and their communication was on point. Highly recommend.
