This company is VERY unprofessional. DO NOT hire them. They informed me it was going to be $270 For two hours and with two movers. They ended up charging me $430. I was moving across the street, I didn’t have much stuff; maybe about six items and they were less than 40 pounds, except for a queen bed and a medium size pool table without legs, that weight about 160 pounds and measured 6x4 ft which was the main reason I hired them.

I hired Reliant Movers for my move on April 24th. We had used them the year prior and the 2 movers were great. However, our experience this time around was terrible. I unfortunately didn’t get names of the guys they sent this time. One really young guy and one older guy. The younger guy was nice. When we got to the house I showed the younger guy where they could leave everything and explained that we had just had the walls done (skim coating) so if they could please be careful.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! The reason for the 1 star is for the MOVERS only, the ones who actually come and do the job. Other than that, ZERO stars! My husband booked this company for a move and we received a window of 9-11am. We were called that morning and told movers would arrive at 10 or 10:30am. Around 10:45am, we hadn’t heard anything so my husband called to get an update. No answer from the driver, so he called the office and reached Sonia. The driver then told him he was 10 mins away.

I was quoted price. Paid my deposit balance $205. My opinion guys ran the clock. Then $150 for over 2hrs. Hmm ok then $total cost should be $355 not $468 they held my furniture hostage so I zelled them their price so my furniture could ALL be moved into my storage. LOFL. They left my furniture in the elevator and outside downstairs of storage unit. Took my lock and key from my unit so those things were also left unsecured. I’m a Veteran and I’m Disabled.

My elder mother on a fixed income just had her stuff moved and this company is a rip off! Dont have them move you if you have any type of rodent or insect problems or cleanliness issues because they will charge you for moving your stuff and not move it all. At no fault of my mothers has an insect problem and this company said they would mover her stuff but not her furniture then didnt even mover all the other stuff they "cant" but still charge for cleaning the truck and the time of moving half your stuff.

We will never use them again! First of all they were four hours and forty five minutes late! The communication suck we had to keep calling them to see if and when they were coming! We had packed and moved most of the stuff for them. They literally only had to move a full size bed, dresser, nightstand, small jewelry stand and a plastic drawer container in the bedroom. In the kitchen it was only a kitchen table and chairs.

Scheduled a one bedroom apartment move for my daughter, arrival time was supposed to be from 5-7pm, movers were two hours late arrived at 9pm- we had to call ourselves for updates as we were never informed. We had nine items to be moved in total: bedroom set, couch, TV stand, small coffee table, computer desk and chair (we had moved everything else prior).

Had to cancel my previous movers due to them telling me that my small one bedroom apartment would cost over $1000 to move. Called reliant movers , the guy was so nice even told me $1000 for a one bedroom was crazy , told me that my total with them wouldn’t be $1000 and that their guys could get the move done in 2 hours . Me and my husband wanted 2 TVs mounted at the new place said they would charge $75 per tv to do that. My husband expressed his concern for our expensive TVs .
