Matt and his crew made our move infinitely easier than any previous move. We've been stood up by movers, struggled to find companies to take on jobs, and had some real nightmare experiences. Anyone who moves often knows how difficult it is to find the right guys for the job. Rent A Grandson was such a relief - they were communicative, helpful, professional, and really went the extra mile (literally and figuratively). What's more, Matt really cares about his clients.
Matt and his crew arrived on time and completed the move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom apartment on the same complex within 6 hours. They exhibited appropriate care for all items and placed them in the new apartment according to my specifications. Matt ensured that he did not depart until I signed off on the work and confirmed that I did not want any items moved around in the new space. I felt the cost was very affordable and the quality of the work excellent.
Rent-A-Grandson provided fantastic service with our move. Matt came over prior to the move and looked over the job. We discussed what my expectations were for the move. He provided an estimate and scheduling was easy. Matt and Justin were careful and professional. I would recommend Rent-A-Grandson to my family and friends without reservation.
