I used Mass Bay Movers when my home flooded and I needed to get out quickly for demolition. They were easy to contact and schedule with and Jon was especially flexible with my move back date as the contractors were running behind. Unfortunately, the crew that packed me up left all sorts of things on the floors including a package of long matches that was opened and strewn around the living room. Things they were not able to take were left everywhere in random boxes.
These absolute clown movers blocked the entire entrance to my building because they didn’t wanna have to walk down the side walk. Instead they forced other residents to trek through bushes to get to out apartment when I told them to move they just laughed and chucked until they realized I already called the Corperate line. Then they talked shit on me in Spanish walked in front of me intentionally and were hella rude and inconsiderate.
I called for an estimate to move one (singular) treadmill up ONE flight of stairs. I was quoted a minimum of one hour which would cost me FIVE HUNDRED TO SEVEN HUNDRED dollars. This was the ballpark quote over the phone for one hour of service. No offense but talk about taking advantage of people during your “busy” time. No thanks.
Hello Daisy we don’t think that it’s fair that you left us a one star review when you are not even a customer - you just called to get a price for a move tomorrow. We are a professional business. We have to pay our employees our landlord our insurance.
We asked for an estimate for local moving job, into storage and back, part of water damage insurance work. The estimate seemed decent and the insurance approved it, household was moved into storage. The truck they brought was too small and …

They do an amazing job. We had a house fire back in January 2026 and they helped move, clean, and store our belongings while the house was being worked on. When we moved back in they set all furniture back up like it never happened. Would recommend them to anyone. Very easy to deal with and professional.
