The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 3 of those are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

In their own words
Was given a cost, he got the mobile home moved and set halfway on the pad. Left then came back 5 days later wanting $900 more to finish the job or he would be leaving it as is! Very unprofessional
Contacted this company to get a bid for skirting on a portable building. After he gave me a verbal cost bid over the phone (never came out and looked at the building) I asked for photos of other jobs and references since I had not done business with him before. He became very defensive and was not open to providing ANY references or photos. After a few days I contacted him back again and he said he did not want the job because he did not have any references to give.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Bob and his team are very professional. Good Communication and gets back to you right away. Did an excellent job on my Mobile. Leveled it and did the skirting.
We were VERY happy with Bob and his crew! Very reasonable price and QUALITY work!!! prompt service!
Bob did an awesome job on my metal roof. Very fast and even cleaned up the mess of the old shingles. If you ever need a roof or even your house leveled, I highly recommend Richardson Construction.
Over the past several months we have been working with Richardson Construction on three separate mobile home projects. We appreciate the hard work they put into the jobs and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for mobile home transport, setup or anything related!
