The rating breakdown
0 of the 38 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Richland Secure Self Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 38 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Richland

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I only have good things to say about my experience with Richland Secure Self Storage. Anita was attentive and helpful, quick to respond to any of my communications, friendly and professional. I had a small load from Florida delivered on a 75 ft truck and it all went smoothly. My unit looks brand new. With all the hassles of moving, it was nice to have a safe landing
Thank you, Judene, for your kind review! It was a pleasure to serve you. You were so appreciative and kept us updated as your things arrived the other day. I hope things work out well for you here. We hope your summer goes well. Stay safe.
I don't leave many reviews but my dealings with the folks at Richland Self Storage compelled me to write one. This business is one of the few left around that I know of that still have the down home good customer service feel. I became a customer last summer and have needed more than 1 unit, asked to see other units and more and they have been nothing but delighted to help me. They are very responsive to texts and calls (1st ring usually) and just seem to be responsive to customer needs.
We appreciate your nice review of our business, Clay! Thank you for taking the time. It was a pleasure to serve you and your storage needs over many months. If we can help you with your storage needs again in the future, we'd be delighted to do so. Take care.
Our experience working with Anita in the past and suddenly this week when we had to coordinate getting several storage units was exceptional. She's a consummate pro and helped me when I was stressed and anxious over getting enough space. She helped me account for cubic feet for my approximate 3200 square feet worth of furnishings and get the right amount of storage for our needs. I was so grateful I called her the storage fairy godmother I needed.
Thank you A.V. for your kind review! It was truly a pleasure to help you out and hear your appreciation and thankfulness when you called and we set you up promptly. We hope the rentals will work out well for you.
My experience at Richland Self Storage has been outstanding. Clean, safe, and secure storage during the entirety of my storage needs. I cannot express how great my experience has been with Anita at this facility. She has extraordinary communication skills, very friendly, and the utmost service. The price is more than fair and I feel was great value and convenience during my move. So much so that I ultimately rented two units. I will happily recommend Richland Self Storage to anyone including my family and friends.
Thank you, Kyle, for your review of our storage facility and service. We are happy to serve great customers like you! You're welcome back anytime you have a storage need. We wish you well.
