I have used them in the past when I moved with no problems that is why I used them again. I was disappointed this time. They forgot to take done items when I moved out. They had to come back the next day. When I moved in my things had been in their storage for about a week. They did not put my wardrobe boxes in the bedrooms the left them in the living room against the windows with other boxes blocking access to them there was some minor damage to some furniture .

Jimmy and his team did a awesome job on moving us to our new home, They were professional in every way.
