If there was a negative star category that’s the category I would rate Done Right Movers! 😡 Their services were booked well in advance and they never showed up never called or even responded to multiple calls of confirmation!! They left us having to get out of our current home and no help! Never book this company they are completely unreliable!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dont even think about calling this company the owner Rich is a thief, i hire him to deliver to my customer and he stole more than 1000.00 from me. be very careful with this guy
Unfortunately fake reviews happen, and this is an example. We have never done business with this person and suspect he may be a competitor.
Called, he didn't seem to know about my reservation, literal hems and haws, his normal guy wasn't around, he'll call again and get back to me in 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later the phone call comes that he can't do this project. Thank you for the honesty (hence 2 stars), but professionalism goes a long way as well.

Right Movers Scranton was excellent from start to finish. They handled our whole move really well — starting with the quote and planning all the way through delivery. The local packers were careful and quick, the driver kept everything on schedule, and the move-in crew got all our stuff unloaded in just about 2.5 hours. They were super professional and paid close attention to our furniture and boxes so nothing got damaged. The price was spot on and very competitive too.
Nice group of movers that do not waste time! Kal was very polite and responsive from end-to-end. The movers were a little late showing up because of the previous move, but they made short work of my move and stayed until the job was done. Right Movers Scranton were very careful with our items and courteous to my elderly mother, which I appreciate. Also, the price was right - especially for the quality of service. Would recommend!
