The rating breakdown
Google shows 19 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 16 | 84.2% | |
| 4 star | 2 | 10.5% | |
| 3 star | 1 | 5.3% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Ordered a large bulky office chair that can’t be disassembled online and the rep who was in charge of the order worked multiple days to save me money and time and got me delivery across couple states over for a reasonable price! It arrived quick and perfect and is exactly what I wanted! They had clear communication and genuinely gave amazing service
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled we could make the delivery process easy and affordable for you. We’re glad your chair arrived quickly and safely, and that you received the service you deserved. We truly appreciate your business!
RJ provided great service from start to finish! They were very responsive to my firm's needs, professional, thorough, courteous and efficient. Have used them on multiple different jobs and very happy with everything they did. I would definitely recommend them and plan use them again in the future!
Purchased a "pre-owned" Steelcase office chair from RJ and am impressed with how brand new it feels/appears. There's not a scratch on it. Service was amazing, Marina helped us out the whole way through and even had a follow up email with manuals and instruction videos for it. We will definitely be returning for future purchases.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled you’re loving your Steelcase chair and had such a great experience with Marina. We truly appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you again!
I purchased three chairs from RJ furniture and I'm very happy with them. The staff were all very nice. The prices for the used items were fair. The two yellow chairs I got for a very good deal. I plan to return for future furniture needs. Thanks again.
