1.Did not show up on time 2.Did not come prepared with enough blankets and straps and tried to load my vintage solid wood furniture together without blankets. 3. Did not finish moving the agreed upon number of furniture pieces (furniture move only , no boxes). Tried to come back at a later time after I had already had to move remaining pieces due to house closing date and tried charging me again! 4.Randomly started charging my credit card for thousands of dollars and I had to dispute and cancel the card! 5.

BEWARE of this business! They would exploit you as well as the employees! It’s an online business. We have used their service for loading and unloading. This team hires unskilled professionals and pays lower than minimum wages (exploit them) to run their business. We paid money in advance and on the day of work we were asked to pay the movers cash as the movers they hired to help us didn’t have the cash or Venmo app.
Our movers were paid fairly for the small amount of work they completed, and they were not supposed to ask for additional money. We apologize for the inconvenience, we strive to do our best and take care of our people and customers.
Traumatized from this out of state move. Use caution when receiving a quote, never pay up front. Everything that can go wrong DID. Lack of professionalism on all levels. Even showed up for the prepaid move without a truck. Did not deliver my household belongings and abandoned at a UHaul 305 miles from the destination, demanding additional money to pay for his expenses back home. The contents of truck that was packed by “supposed moving professionals with years of experience” was a nightmare.
We apologize you were not satisfied with your move. As stated in our terms and conditions, our quotes are an estimate of total costs involved in fulfilling your move as agreed. As are timelines, OR ETAs, which depend on a variety of factors many times out of our control.
This was the absolute worst move of my life. I sent this to the owner and he never responded. This summarizes the awful move experience we had. Hi RJ Unfortunately I have a few concerns from the movers that were here 1, Joe brought dogs with him and allowed one to run into our house. He also tried to sell the puppy to both me and my wife separately, advertising that he has this one and others for sale. He also left a Pyrex dish in the yard of the origin point where he used this to water his dogs.

I was in the works of finding a moving company again and I came across this company. Definitely a couple years late on a review. I don't know why I didn't leave a review from when I used them a couple years ago but save yourself the trouble. To sum up the situation, hired three people for an across town move. I set up a day and time that I would need everyone and I got the U-Haul set and ready. All they had to do was show up.

Scheduled to have a treadmill moved from my house into the back of my car. Scheduled Friday, was advised based on weight $300-$350, ( I later that day sent specs and found it was less than 300# , so he stated $300) They took a $150 deposit and scheduled me for the following Tuesday morning. On Sunday before the Tuesday move, I reached out and had to cancel service. He said fine and referred me to his web page for cancellation policy.

I had a large covered picnic table that had to be moved from Rickreall to the other side of Salem. These guys were great! Communicated frequently and delivered the table in good shape! I couldn’t be happier! Getting big things off of Craigslist can be tough to get home, and these guys made it easier

Very professional and helpful. Took extra care of our stuff and maximized the U-Haul completely. We had to get the storage unit cleared out or be charged an extra month. They were fast and got it cleared quickly even with us miss judging the amount of storage items they completed it with no problems.
