While Ryan was very responsive, I'm left with no choice but to leave this negative review. We booked Rockstar Movers after the great Google reviews, and recommendations from friends. 2 and a half weeks before we moved, we were informed by the landlord when we received the keys that a King size bed would not fit up the stairs. This was due to the age of the home, but was erroneously not advised to us before we signed the lease.
These guys think they’re above everyone else. Blocking other businesses and when asked to move so our staff can access our business and parking, the guy in “charge” says we aren’t going to be long. Their business is important but disrupting others is okay? Have some respect for others . Making your own job convenient for yourself and making other businesses and people’s lives inconvenient for your convenience isn’t correct.

We decided to use Rockstar Movers for a winter move and I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the start, they stood out from all the other area moving companies. While most movers sent generic quotes for a 3‑person crew plus a long list of possible extra charges, Henry Friesen (the owner) actually came to our house in person. He walked us through their straightforward pricing, explained why he was recommending a 4‑person crew, and answered all our questions so we knew exactly what to expect.
Would give them more stars if I could. Super friendly, efficient, and got me into my new place quickly with everything where I asked it to go. It's a winter move, and they did so much to protect the floors from the snow and salt. Definitely my easiest move done at a fair price, fully recommend!
We recently experienced a very successful and satisfying move with Rockstars. Starting from initial telephone contact, the owner Henry Friesen displayed complete professionalism in addition to being very personable. He engendered complete trust as we downsized from a large 5 bedroom house to a smaller bungalow.
