NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE FROM DENVER TO DALLAS This was, hands down, the worst moving experience of my life — and I’ve relocated across continents. If I could give zero stars, I would. From the start, overpromised and underdelivered. The actual cost was double what their initial quote was and off-course they tell you only after everything have been loaded so you have no option but to pay. On the delivery the cost was raised again and no choice but to pay or they would not unload your furniture.

We had Rocky Mountain do a 2 part move for us. Once into a storage shed while a new home was being constructed and then about 18 months later when the home was finished. We ended up missing about 12 to 15 boxes of belongings. Where they ended up is anyone's guess. In the first move to the storage facility, we had 3 of their large box trucks crammed full, however, when they showed up to the new house 18 months later, 2 of the trucks were full and the third was only about half full.

rocky mountain movers are a scam avoid those movers at any cost they office run by a redneck dictator that abuse their employees and his customers, over charge them and not willing to listen to its customers, i hope you will be smart and save yourself lots life pain, misery and suffering and your money there are better movers with the right requirements for your moving needs, i will never recommend them to anyone and all they reviews on google are fake too.

Horrible experience with this. We used Rocky Mountain Movers to move us in June of 2012. There was quite a bit if damage to our office furniture at that time. the owner came out to our home and apologized and made some repairs to our furniture. So, when we were ready to move again in February of 2015 we tried them again. This time they took twice as long and there was significant damage to multiple pieces of furniture, as well as five walls in our home that had to be patched and entirely repainted.

We hired Rocky Mountain Movers to load a moving pod for us. The two guys that showed up were nice. Hiwever they lacked the know how of how to pack a storage container. I told them up front that the pod need to be as balance as it could be. Meaning that all the weight can't go in the back. I told them my idea of how to balance it. What were the heavy items that we were moving, etc.

Rocky Mountain Movers moved my goods this past summer from Lehi to Draper, UT. I was very disappointed. Their staff arrived early, talked on the phone during the move, damaged a door, was not able to hook up my dryer and did not balance my washer. I selected them over other services because of their ability for washer/dryer hook up and it turns out that their staff is totally incompetent in this regard. Months later, I was told that my washer was bouncing around because it had not been balanced.

I hired Rocky Mountain Movers twice. Once to move all the big items out of our house when we sold it to a storage unit. The 2nd time when we moved into our new home a month later. For the past month we have been unpacking and putting together our home. I feel like every week I am finding something new broken. A lot of small things that weren't handled with care. Hidden behind boxes to find later. I was told as we discovered things the insurance would cover it, don't worry, it's all okay.

The proprietor owns a rental property near me where several of his employees live. He currently has at least ten of his employees living in a one bedroom apartment. I’ve witnessed employees in Rocky Mountain movers trucks dump their garbage in the street. His employees wander throughout the neighborhood drunk at all hours of the day in their company branded uniforms (blue Rocky Mountain Movers t shirts), litter their beer cans in other people’s yards, and urinate in public, which my elderly, female neighbors must…
