HORRIBLE! They told me they could help fox something for me because I am a disabled veteran and they literally came into my home and broke what they were supposed to fix and on top of that they refused to come back and fix it! They where completely unprofessional and rude. His wife was even more rude and unprofessional and had a very bad odor too her. I would never hire them! Rocky Top Movers provided me a quote over the phone which changed drastically when meeting in person. In giving full details of the residence I was moving from and the residence I was moving to I was provided a quote. We went through all specifics together over the phone and the call to confirm the move on moving day was 2 hours in advance. My moving day was rainy but they assured me that wouldn’t be an issue.

The gentlemen arrived early for the move, however once they saw the 9 things I hired them to move they said “we don’t have the time” after we agreed to a 4 hour minimum charge! Left us high and dry this morning. Called Protime and those professionals had the items moved in no time.

They were very nice and respectful! However didn’t finish the job, overcharged in my opinion. Packed less than 10 boxes in an hour and a half and charged $700. Pack things that were asked not to be packed and didn’t finish packing what was asked to be packed and what was quoted

I didn't shop around extensively, but they were cheaper than the "big name" movers. They quoted me $150/hr for three men where as the more well known company quoted me $250/hr. The positives - they were prompt, friendly, and did a good job moving all of my belongings. They wrapped everything that could be damaged in moving blankets and nothing was broken or lost in transit. (Actually one thing broke, but it was my fault for the way I packed it.

First, I want to say I do not cold call a business when I am looking for work to be completed. I do not use advertisements either. I only use referrals from trusted sources. But in this situation, I did not know anyone to call. I googled movers in Clarksville and found Rocky Top Movers. I called/talked to Bernie, the owner. He was in the middle of the move and provided the office person, Shelby. She got me on the books. We moved from Houston, TX to Clarksville, TN. It was a rough trip.

Rocky Top Moving is the best!!! They moved my daughter to Atlanta for a GREAT price. They moved her for half the price of the other companies. Not only that I cancelled him because all her furniture was not here, then it arrived I called him back and he had booked the dAte, but found a way to work us in the next day...Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE! They were professional and very friendly. My items all arrived from Clarksville in perfect condition. I will most definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I am very appreciative to Rocky Top Moving Services for helping my daughter and I move to a new house over a hundred miles away in ONE DAY! They also helped me with a move from my storage unit to another address elsewhere at a later date. The crew was respectful and efficient. Ms. Delilah was great to work with on scheduling and logistics. I would greatly recommend this company to anyone needing GOOD movers!
