I used this moving company one time and a leg on my dresser was broken . I gave them a benefit of the doubt to use them again a year later . That lead to thousands of dollars worth of items broken and damaged . After sending him photos of damaged items including 2 75” 4k tvs . He told me we could file a claim with his insurance. It’s been going on 16 months no claim have been filed and he’s avoiding all my communication with him . Christopher Ross with Ross moving company is not a good person to do business with .
We take customer concerns seriously, but this does not reflect the full story. When we arrived to your home, you had people moving furniture before us. We clearly communicated that we are not responsible for any damages due to the fact that it was handled before our services began.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of working with Ross Moving Minneapolis. For my move, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free. Ross Moving packed and moved my 2 bedroom house from Winona to Arizona, even towing a car behind the U-Haul with no problems. Amazing service! The team arrived right on time, fully equipped and ready to work. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient.
I’m writing not only to support a wonderful business, but for those of you who might be in the same boat. We chose to do our own packing and loading for yet another move, because we didn’t trust strangers with our things (that, and the insane prices). After our experience today, I can confidently say we will be using Ross for every service they offer for our move next year. If you’re hesitant, call them.
I had a fantastic experience with Ross Moving Company and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free move. From start to finish, the team was extremely professional, efficient, and courteous. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, making sure I was informed and comfortable with each step. On moving day, they arrived on time and worked quickly and carefully, handling all of my belongings with the utmost care.
Super helpful in getting everything moved into my storage unit. Along with being super speedy. They arrived almost 30 mins early. Helped me figure out the maze of the storage facility. The lead of the team reached out a few days before to get pics of the furniture they moving. Constant, direct communication, perfect. And friendly, although they might need to dial it back a little, and stick to direct, considering the owner and one of the crew members came off a little creepy.
