The rating breakdown
Google shows 13 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 13 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I was a bit nervous about storing my RV, but Jerry and Patrick quickly put me at ease and made me feel confident everything would be fine—and it was! Backing into spaces isn’t my strong suit, but Patrick happened to be working nearby and stepped in to help. It wasn’t an easy job due to an issue with how the RV was hooked up, but he handled it like a pro. He was patient, incredibly helpful, and made sure everything was perfectly in place.
My wife and I have used Route 66 Storage to house our trailer in the late spring, summer and fall months until we return to Arizona for the winter from Michigan. The lot is secure, the people are very nice and the rates are reasonable. If you are a snowbird and looking for a place to keep your winter Arizona RV instead of leaving it to bake in the 116-degree heat of the summer in Phoenix or Tucson this is a good alternative.
Thank you for your positive feedback. We appreciate your business and look forward to taking care of you. Derek & Susan
Called late on a Saturday needing a spot for my loaded trailer being I blew a motor east of Flag on the I40, easiest experience, good people, easy access, conveniently located right off the 40 and you can rest assured it's in a good secure place!!!!! Thanks for helping me out!!!
We are lucky enough to do business with Route 66 storage. I say that because I wanted to change my enclosed RV location, thinking it would be a better fit and easier to get in because it was an end unit. Susan had the unit I requested come …
Thank you Bob We appreciate you ! Derek&Susan
