I had a terrible experience with Royal Movers Inc. They showed up late on moving day, and their team seemed disorganized. Several of my items were damaged during the move, and they didn’t take any responsibility. The worst part was the lack of communication—I had to keep calling for updates. I do NOT recommend their services.
We had to laugh at this one… A 1-star review pops up… and minutes later we get WhatsApp messages asking for money to remove it. That’s not a real customer—that’s someone who realized competing with us the honest way is impossible.
Be careful when hiring Royal Movers Inc! They quoted me one price, but when the job was done, they charged me way more than expected. They added hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront. When I questioned the charges, the customer service was rude and dismissive. A complete ripoff!

Kael and his team very incredibly professional during my recent move. I’ve unfortunately had many bad experiences with moving companies (damaged furniture, surprise fees, damaged walls) despite my best efforts to find high quality companies. Kael came out about 2 weeks before the move and provided an estimate. Aisa, from his office, was in contact and super responsive leading up to the move.

I hired Royal Movers for my move on June 15th from Miami Fl to Sarasota. They did an OUTSTANDING job! Absolutely nothing was damaged, missing or broken. I had a A LOT of glass decor and everything arrived in perfect conditions. They also did an amazing job considering the commute from Miami to Sarasota, they finished at a reasonable time. Very professional, careful, respectful and know how to pack the truck so when it comes time to unloading everything is organized and there isn’t scattered boxes everywhere.
Everything with Royal Movers was solid and smooth from beginning to end! Aisa helped us book and coordinate our move since it was an out-of-state move Kael did a walk-through and explained what pieces of furniture were important/vintage and needed extra care. The day of Kael and his team arrived on time and worked efficiently and carefully to ensure all of our belongings were well taken care of. They could not have been more professional and a pleasure to work with.

What can I say about Kael and his team (Eduardo, Miguel, Natalia and Essa) other than they are all amazing!!!. Punctual, (called me at 9am to let me know they were at my building), professional, (handled my home and belongings with respect), prepared (brought boxes, wrapping paper, tape, bubble wrap etc) and efficient. They helped pack my belongings quickly and efficiently and made what was a stressful few days much easier to deal with.
