First off, it cost almost $1000 (about 5 hours) to move 30 boxes, 2 desks, 2 chairs, 1 TV, 1 mattress, and a (now broken!!l bedframe....the literal *only* piece of furniture that had to be disassemled and reassembled was the bedframe. They couldn't even do that right to the point in less than 4 weeks it broke since the load bearing/stabilizers were not even put together. They were just thrown undernearth the frame with no care.

Our long distance move from the Seattle area was an ordeal on many fronts with Royal Moving. It started with the sales process where the estimator grossly underestimated the total size and weight of the items, along with how many trucks would be required. The quotes that we received up to the moving date were inaccurate and confusing as well as they did not reflect the total cost of the move.
I got a great quote and was chatting with someone on Google so I decided to call because they had called me but I was at work But when I called to talk to the guy on the phone he was so impatient I could hear him sighing and breathing all irritated but I didn't know why I didn't do anything to him he also didn't bother to even correct the spelling of my name on the text message that he sent and then he sent me this text message with these terms that he didn't even bother to take the time to explain on the phone…

Canceled on us with less than 2hrs notice Edit: They made this right and sent us some money to cover our other movers. That said, it was still a pain to deal with.

One of the best moving experiences I've had, personally. The first two movers showed up within the scheduled window and began prepping and packing things to move. They had a third guy bringing the truck a little later, and didn't charge us for his help until he was onsite. Everything was wrapped perfectly, they made great use of their moving blankets and cellophane to ensure nothing got wet or damaged, especially since it was raining heavily.

Said and Ali did AMAZING WORK! I was SO anxious since I’ve never used movers before, but they were kind and respectful, and took absolute care of my belongings. As a woman I felt super safe and comfortable around them too. They wrapped my items super carefully and loaded and unloaded them with absolute care. Two of my items had glass panes on them. They were my biggest worry, but they delivered them completely intact and with no scratches.

I needed two movers and one truck. Communication from the beginning was great. The movers were kind and professional. They don't try to charge you for every little thing - they start the clock and miles when they get to your location (not from their warehouse). They were very efficient, but careless. I had covered my spotless, year old Tempur-Pedic mattress in plastic but by the time it arrived at its destination (2 miles away), it had mud on the side of it (about a 3-inch diameter in one place).
