I purchased a stunning Yamaha piano from them, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Their team handled the delivery with the utmost care. My positive experiences with Ruggero Piano began 3+ decades ago when Richard first started tuning my pianos and continues today, as his son, John, has taken on this role, also skillfully tuning and maintaining my instruments. Over the years I have stopped by countless times at Ruggero Piano. Always greeted with warmth and cheerfulness from Richard and his employees, whether it was to buy music, attend workshops, recitals, Raleigh Piano Teacher meetings, Friday Monthly Concerts and best of all ---to buy pianos!

I had a really nice experience with Ruggero Piano and I would not hesitate to recommend them for buying, selling or servicing your piano. They evaluated an older piano for me that I wanted to sell. I realized right away that Ruggero was not just a piano store, they are truly passionate about what they do. Their knowledge about pianos is amazing and it was immediately clear to me that they want what is best for their customers.
I had a great experience with Ruggero Piano. I recently purchased a Yamaha Clavinova CLP-835 Digital Upright during their Holiday Sale, and I am really happy with my decision. The price was significantly reduced, and included seamless, no fee delivery—the piano arrived fully assembled and even came with headphones. I visited the store twice to make sure I was choosing the right model within my price range, and the staff was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process.
