I recently had a disappointing experience with Run Run and feel it’s important to share for others considering their services. Initially, we agreed on a noon move time. However, when we reached out the day before to confirm, they informed us we had not sent a confirmation email back—a step we were not told was necessary. Despite this, their employee was included in the original email confirmation. They then told us they would arrive around 2 PM instead.

I would give this moving company and movers 0 star if possible. As a summary, avoid doing any moving business with them to save your time, money, mental health. Had the worst experience ever in moving. In summary, they abuse you being nice, waste plenty of time, movers are so lazy, do their job in slowest way possible, don't have much skills in moving large and heavy stuffs and even driving large trucks.

The movers came 48 minutes late than arranged. They didn’t put nails on the while assembling the bed frame, and broke my lamp’s shield.
Used them about a month ago and I have mixed reviews. Service (for me) took 7 hours in total, from Burlingame to San Francisco for 1 bedrooms worth of stuff. One thing I noticed is that out of all the moving companies I called for a rate, they were the only ones who did not look up my street to see what the parking situation was like. Every other company I had reached out previously asked me if I wanted to get a permit for the day for them to have the city reserve space for the moving truck.

I will never work with this company again! I scheduled a full-house furniture removal starting at 8:30 a.m. When I saw the workers packing items, I clearly told them that packing was not necessary. I specifically instructed them which pieces needed to be disassembled and mentioned that only a few items — such as the mattress — required wrapping. However, no one listened to me. They ignored my instructions and continued doing whatever they wanted without any communication.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry this experience did not meet your expectations. This was a very large move (approx. 11,000 sq ft, 8 rooms, three levels plus a basement), not a typical job.

These guys are amazing! I've hired a lot of movers. I would highly recommend them in a heartbeat. They packed my things with intelligence and care. And as I unpacked, everything was in order... They work well together, had great personalities and were very efficient! I am so over the top impressed with this company! They are going to be my go-to company from here on out. 1) Showed up on time 2) Very respectful 3) Moved everything so fast 4) Communication with me during the whole process.
I hired Run Run for a cross country move from San Francisco to Indiana. All around great service and everything one would want from a moving company. They were able to work with my budget and picked up on relatively short notice. Crew is very professional and took extra care handling my stuff and packing it for transport. This move was a big deal for me and they came through and made it easy at a good price. Highly recommend and would hire again.
Easy to book. Simple pricing. And from original point of contact I could sense a resonnation of integrity. I was a little stressed out when booking last minute and looking for answers. She assured a callback in 30-40 minutes to confirm same day service after coordinating in real time with her team. I'm from Detroit Michigan where the hustle is the hardest and I appreciate the honesty and the omissions of false hope 🙏 Chaya I'm glad we connected! Crew showed up and knocked it out with a sense of calm.
I had a great experience with Run Run Moving! The company was very responsive and flexible in the coordination process. The two movers named Wu were super diligent and efficient. They had all the right equipment for wrapping tape, mats, trolleys to ensure that my furniture and boxes were protected. And they have a huge truck with an elevator platform, so only one trip was needed. They also helped me take apart and put together my bed with their tools.
