They manipulate the estimate, hire inexperienced crew, damage your goods, hold your possessions hostage, they waste time to run up the costs, they lie and then they refuse to listen to reason in order to agree to a reduction in charges because of our overall dissatisfaction.

Hired this company to move 2 pieces of furniture (vanity and mirror, butcher block island on wheels) along with 2 totes and a floor lamp. The two men arrived timely wearing sneakers, in a pick up truck pulling a large trailer. The initial interaction was pleasant with the men commenting on how little they were moving and didn't need the trailer. They were to move these items to a rural area of Maine where snow was present.

In addition to being very slow, I am trying to track down my computer that never made to my new home. I am livid. Immediately denied its missing once I reported it. I can tell already this is going to be a nightmare working this out. I will return with an update. *^ UPDATE: Brie, who is one of the owners, investigated her husband and teenage brother. They are refusing to provide me with any contracts or the insurance that I paid for. Good thing I knew not to trust them and had additional insurance.

Beware. DO NOT HIRE THEM! We hired this company to help move my aging mother's items from her storage unit into a 20 foot UHaul truck in January. We reserved the same size truck that delivered the items to the unit two years earlier. SB Taylor confirmed that they could support the move and charged my mother over $800 dollars for three men. Not only did the owner (one of the men) not lift a finger to help the other two, he was on the phone the entire time.

Me recent move of a one bedroom ground floor to a 3rd floor one bedroom apartment was seamless. I was notified when the movers were 17 minutes away and they vacated the ground floor apartment in 1 1/2 hours and then relocated the contents to a 3rd floor apartment in less than 2 hours. The total move was less than 4hours. Kudos to Steve and his crew members Justin and Devlin. Professional, personable and most efficient move I have ever had. I am 77 years old. Brie kept me informed all thru the process.

Was looking for a mover for a smallish move for my 100 year old friend to an assisted living apartment. i lucked out with Taylor Transport. they were courteous; on time and efficient. did a great job at both ends and were ever so pleasant. Dee was a delight to deal with and i can certainly recommend this company to anyone.
