The rating breakdown
Google shows 10 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 9 | 90.0% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 10.0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 5 four and five star reviews we have read for Safe-N-Secure Storage LLC. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
Great space + very accessible, reasonable pricing, neat/clean property and well lit. The unit is watertight unlike a previous storage company. Easy to get in touch with someone if needed. Glad to recommend Safe-N-Secure.
The family who runs it keeps it extreamly well taken care of from the Security lighting ,snow removal, and complaints or concerns are handeled immdiately as the name Safe-n-Secure implies.
We are a moving company (Two Men and A Truck) in town and recommend these guys all the time. They are great to work with!
Thank you Mike for your nice comments. Many of our storage renters have used your company and we see your trucks all around Rochester.
They were great to work with, and if we ever need a storage unit again we'll rent from them!
Thank you Steve for your review. We appreciate you renting at our facility and should storage needs arise again we look forward to assisting you. Scott Thamert Safe-N-Secure Storage (owner)
