San Diego Elite Furniture Moving House and Apartment Movers

I am writing this review to warn others about our experience and hopefully get a response from Elite Furniture Moving, as they have still failed to address our concerns. From the beginning, communication was poor. Our movers were scheduled to arrive between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m., but after multiple delays and changing arrival times, they didn't arrive until around 3:40 p.m.

I used them two months ago in April to move. And I would never use them again and suggest no one else uses them either. After over a month of back and forth over their movers breaking something they weren't supposed to touch, and filled out paperwork to report what was broken. It took me 3 different email to getting a response from them for them to tell me basically they weren't going to reimburse me for the broken item that they weren't supposed to even be touching.

Needed one item moved, employee said he would call me back after checking the schedule and quickly hung up. I tried calling back twice and they did not pick up. Never called me back. If you don't want to do it, let me know so I don't waste my time waiting around for you.

The Experience started out to be a really good one from the booking ease and even meeting the 3 workers. I had the guys help with the remaining packing so I knew it would cost a little extra. When I first got a little alarmed was when I was told I had to pay for all the wrap involved in the move. I had to move on this day, so I agreed and moved on. The guys told me they would take a short 5-to-10-minute break and get right back to it. So, I was aware.

We had a terrible experience with this moving company. This was NOT a full-house move. We transported the majority of our belongings ourselves. We hired them strictly to move heavy furniture. The items they were responsible for were: • One sectional couch • Three bed frames (already disassembled and ready to load) • Three wooden dressers • Three lightweight Amazon-style bin dressers • One nightstand • Five TVs That’s it. We were quoted for a 3-hour move with 3 efficient workers.

I hardly recommend do not use this company,it’s fish and bates .they are not telling the the exact hidden chargers ,I reserve them and paid 300$ deposit they were supposed to charge me after negotiations 129$ per hour and they’re employee showed up to my place .he did clock in and pay around talking on the phone pretending he s trying to get a hold of his company to provide an agreement then after half an hour he start working till he finished the job it was exactly less than 4hours then meanwhile I realized that…

I contracted Elite to move my belongings and store them from my 4 bedroom home while I waited for my new home to be ready for move in. Initially I was only going to use them to move my things into PODS and store them with PODS. But the owner Daniel Tsepelev, convinced me that they had storage and that there price is better. I decided to allow them to move me and to store my items. I packed approximately 3/4ths of my belongings and left 1/4 for the movers to pack.

My experience with Elite Furniture Moving Company was extremely disappointing and felt deceptive from start to finish. The company and its associates took advantage of my situation and used manipulative tactics throughout the move. They initially arrived with a large truck and several strong workers, which gave the impression of professionalism.
