Not enough ratings
We hold limited information on this company. We have read 1 review for it, so anything below about what reviewers say rests on very little text. That is missing information rather than a clean record, and it is not a judgement about the business either way.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 4 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 3 | 75.0% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 25.0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What the complaints say

- Late, delayed or a no-show1 · 100%
Counted across the 1 one and two star review we have read for Sandercock Moving & Storage Co. A review can describe more than one problem, so these do not add to 100%. Each share is rounded on its own.
In their own words
Confirmed date and time for move estimate yesterday afternoon. Appointment today was for 930-1000. Called office at 1010. Office staff said salesperson was done for the day in my area. Asked me to reschedule estimate for next week (salesperson only services my area one day a week). I cannot take another day off from work.
