This is my first time hiring a moving company. and it was one of my biggest mistakes. they arrived more than an hour late. in a mile of moving they broke my TV, a bedside table and a bookshelves … $ 2700 thrown away. They don't care about anything, because their “insurance “ (they actually have nothing) only covers 60cent per pound. It took them a month to pay me $ 150…. they wrote me “So, the nightstand is 43 pounds and the TV is 89 pounds with the stand.

The one good point was they were on time. The rest of the move was horrible. There was a couch in the second bedroom that they were unable to get through the door. They tried and tried but they could not get thru the door. I suggested that they take the arms off the couch. One of the movers said it would not work. I insisted. The head mover copped an attitude. He said they would come the next day to do it because they were behind in time. They continued to load the truck and found there was not enough room.

Horribly dishonest company. They moved a resident into our condo building a few months ago. The movers themselves were rude, disrespectful, and ignored rules regarding where they should access the building. The movers caused $1500 in damages to a brick wall with the truck when departing and kept going. The owner of the company, Luis, disclosed that he had not obtained background checks on the movers prior to hiring them, and said he had fired them. Luis kept promising to pay for the wall repair.

The move out went relatively well except they did not protect our floors and they did make a few deep scratches on our floors. We were in storage with them for quite a while and whether or not our furniture was damaged in storage or in the move to the new house is not clear but we had a lot of damage and a lost rug. 3 side tables were damaged beyond repair. All our serving trays (5), which they packed, were broken. And many pieces of furniture were warped. An umbrella was ripped.

The movers are great but the company not so much. They have zero regard for the customer's time and they lie to the customer. I used a vacation day to meet them for a move an hours drive from my house. I was supposed to meet them at 830am and just before 8am they called (I was 10 minutes away from the location at this point) to tell me they would be late. They didn't show up until 230pm, 6 hours late. Turns out they never put my move on their job board the day before so no one knew about my appointment.

Did not show up on time either day and made the moving day to LONG. Movers were not very careful and did damage some items. The most frustrating part was most of the items that were damaged were picture and artwork that THEY packed. The movers completely destroyed a desk and said they would file a claim. They did not. Had to be reminded not to drag the furniture on my marble floors. Set up the beds wrong as they had the box spring upside down and argued with each other about what to do.

Horrible Horrible company they where Over 3 hours late my furniture is in bad condition. Furniture is very badly damaged scratched up everywhere.I was going to use white glove but Amilea kept calling me and telling me how they are a family owned business that really takes care of their customers. So sorry I didn’t use White Glove. Carlos and they men tried their best . Furniture still got damaged broken glass shelf’s. Carlos did replace the glass. Would not ever recommend them very bad experience.

Movers were late. Truck being used had issues with hydraulic system resulting in further delays throughout the move. Main mover was very negative the entire time, even arguing with the other movers in front of me. The worst part, they damaged my bedroom set in several areas, including stripping the bolts that hold my bed together. When they were done, the truck finally broke down in front of our new house where they spent over 3 hours repairing.
