I have used Lars and his company Seattle Moves & More for 3 moves, and I can honestly say that they are the best in the business. Their level of skill and professionalism is top of the list. If you need a team of movers to move your family and large home, this is the team you need, they arrive on time, work together seamlessly, and are so efficient... they will work hard and go above and beyond.
I am blown away and completely overwhelmed with the outstanding customer service this company demonstrates. This company rivals Amazon in customer service excellence. I needed to have 2 couches moved in my house and I called everyone on Yelp and got some of the rudest people on the phone, not to mention unreasonable rates, 3 week waiting periods or just hung up on because my job was too small for anyone to bother helping me.
These guys are amazing! They helped me move from Seattle to Ellensburg in mid-March 2020. This is before the COVID-19 shelter-in-place order, but everyone was being careful not to get too close. I honestly thought they may cancel on me in light of what was going on with the virus, but there they were Wed morning as scheduled. Conner, Ryan, and their fearless leader, Evan, immediately put my mind at ease. Any stress I had about this move melted away!
This review is long overdue, but I had such a smooth moving experience with Seattle Moves & More. Unfortunately we had to move during the heat wave in mid August, but the crew of 3 members worked very quickly and efficiently. This was the first time I've ever worked with movers so I kept my ask to a minimum. We packed all our items and only had the crew take any large pieces of furniture from a 6th floor apartment unit with elevator to a 3rd floor condo with no elevator.
