Sebastian Moving Colorado Springs

We soo wanted this experience to be different, but the more we unpack, the worse it gets. 😖 I hired this company to load my truck several years ago and was so impressed that I asked them to continue their services and unload on the other side! They shrink wrapped furniture, were careful, and did an amazing job. So it seemed like an easy choice when we needed movers again last month for an in-state move. But this experience was nothing like the first.

Was scheduled for quote “ I can send Taylor today between 2-3 today” no show. Waited til 3:05 had errand couldn’t wait asked to reschedule? No reply back. I’m partially deaf and was impossible to deal with kept telling the I can’t hear well over phone zero empathy.

Call around and get other quotes before settling with this company. The initial process was smooth. I told the representative what my expectations were. He agreed to them and quoted me after visiting my house and seeing what needed moved. The day of the move was not so smooth. 2 guys showed up to move my whole house. 7 hours to move just couches, beds, dressers and a few miscellaneous things but not a lot. Good thing the week prior we moved the majority of things otherwise who knows how long it would have taken.

We recently used Sebastian Moving and unfortunately, our experience left a lot to be desired. While there were some efforts made to rectify the situation, the overall process was stressful and disappointing. The second star is only for the attempt to rectify, and nothing else. The movers showed up 2 hours late. While we were told there was an extenuating circumstance, we had to repeatedly call for updates rather than being proactively kept in the loop.

I hired Sebastian Moving and Storage to move me from Littleton Co to Elk City Oklahoma. I was promised professional packers. I was sent 5 young men. They put weights on top of breakable. Threw lamp shades in boxes with heavy items. Didnt wrap items. Just through them in boxes. Didn't finish their job. I had to finish. They wrapped two pieces of furniture. Most of my furniture was damaged from scratches on my printer to chunks out of my bookcases This was the biggest waste of money I ever spent.

Got the job done BUT… showed up late after the window of arrival, never called to let me know about the delay I had to call to get information myself. 90% of the unloading was done by 1 person out of 3 so it took forever. The other two men were down in the truck trying to fix my tv because they Broke the leg to my 75inch tv… tried to be calm & collected about it as it’s a bit older (still a huge Inconvenience considering I don’t. Have money to just up & go buy a new one) wasn’t even offered $5 off as compensation.

Used this moving company to move from an Apartment and storage units to a house across town. - Crew was incredibly slow, have photos and videos of them just sitting on the truck when items were still in the house; yet I was fully charged for those hours - Crew stopped for Red Bull’s multiple times on my clock - Crew damaged the house when downloading furniture - Called and talked to the owner who never returned my phone calls. This is a clear depiction of their company.
