The first experience with them they refused to move the t.v.'s. I unfortunately was not able to stay for the entire move( someone else was there and had trouble from the movers) so some of the construction guys complained to the moving business about how they had not moved the tvs and they preceded to help move them. No big deal right. We'll the next time was roughly three weeks later when the updates were finished and we were moving back. They were very rough in handling our stuff.

Ghosted me. Scheduled a week out for a friday pickup and delivery. Day came, nobody showed. Called for 2+ hours but all calls were forwarded to voicemail. Finally got a call back 3 hours later and was told it was unfortunate. They didnt have me in the books. Promised to try another day. I hung up. Went to uhaul called some friends and did it myself. Would not recommend.

Hired them to move a Boston baby grand as they advertise as piano movers. Scheduling was prompt and professional, but the first warning sign was that they deemed our piano too heavy (700 lbs and 5'4") which resulted in a high quote ($450). On moving day, the crew did not come with the necessary tools for standard square bolts, nor did they bring a sturdy enough moving board or dolly.
Average weight for a baby grand piano is 500 - 600 pounds, anything over that is going into the realm of grand piano weights, which we do no move. However we decided to accommodate you and move it anyway. We have always charged $450 to move baby grands, and even gave you a 10% discount.
If you try to book with them online then they will just totally ignore you and never contact you at all to set up a move. Go with the pros instead. Two Men and a Truck > Sebastian Moving

They were nice, but just piled my stuff in the truck with no for though. It is just in a pile with heavy stuff on top. So now we have to come behind them and fix it

Sebastian Moving helped us pack/unpack our POD for storage during our move. They were friendly and responsive both by phone and in person. Sent multiple confirmation messages for the two appointments, which provided peace of mind. Service was very competitively priced. They arrived promptly and got to work expertly packing our POD with impressive efficiency and utilization of space.
They were on time, careful with all of our furniture and a fair price. Milford was the lead person for the three times I used their service and did a great job making sure everything was done right. I would recommend them for your moving needs.
Communication with the office workers at Sebastian’s was amazing! They were very responsive with all the emails that I had sent. Their price was great as well! I had checked with 3 companies on this move and chose Sebastians because of how quick they were to respond to all my original questions & all my follow up questions & their price. The workers hustled and were able to get the move completed in a very timely manner.
I love it when I hear someone use a word that is seldom heard and I know the meaning without looking it up. It usually takes a minute for me to apply the meaning to the current situation. That is what happened to me when I was desperately looking for an honest, hardworking moving company that really cared about their customer.
