I want to begin by simply stating that I rarely write a review on a company. It has to get pretty bad, before I take to a keyboard. Especially when it comes to a post others in the public community are able to read. But, in this case I had to share my experience, as it was the most negative move I've ever experienced. By way of history, I have at the time of this posting had 15 moves using multiple companies, and specifically 3 within the last 5 years. All 3 of the last moves have been through Mayflower National.

Horrible communication. I had to call them 2 days after they were supposed to contact me to set up a delivery appointment. It took 2 phone calls and another week to get a response and then another week to get my package. Never been this frustrated with a delivery.
Joey, we're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with our services. Quality customer service and doing business with honesty and integrity are extremely important to us. Unfortunately, you'll need to contact the shipper for delivery information.

Select Van & Storage / Mayflower helped with out-of-state move - they were very professional, prompt, courteous, and made the move stress-free. Michelle was excellent in providing regular updates pre-move and before delivery, and a follow-up after move. Very well done. And their prices were very competitive. The moving staff were very respectful, carefully padded everything that needed to be without cutting corners. Overall - they did an excellent job.

I was dreading the 'movers' part of moving states and thanks to Select Van & Storage it was a GREAT experience. Between all the realtors, buyers, lenders, bankers and other groups we worked with, Select Van & Storage was by FAR the easiest to work with and the most efficient. Made our lives easier during a very hectic time. Plus the movers themselves were incredibly friendly and helpful - and Rick the driver is the best. Thank you!
I have been working with Mayflower several times in this last month for my business and they have been fantastic. My regular truck drivers haven't compared to them. They get everything done in a timely manor and always ask questions to make sure they are moving the right stuff properly. I have gotten to know a few of them lately and they always have been respectful with dealing with freight that has to be moved. I can't suggest them enough.

Showed up on time, very professional and respectful. Brandon, Martin, and Roberto worked very hard to make sure everything was accounted for and in working order. They were a pleasure to have in my home while they were continuously coming and going to get the truck unloaded and my items placed. They went above and beyond and wanted to do more than necessary to ensure ease on my part. Do recommend, use these guys!
