Senior Move Services (SMS) made our move as painless as possible. David and McKenna are professional, personable, friendly, and helpful. By the time the whole process was over, they felt like friends. We recommend SMS wholeheartedly! After the move we had numerous boxes to unpack because we weren't sure where the contents would go. There was no pressure to get it done fast. When we were done SMS responded promptly to pick up the empty boxes and packing paper.

From start to finish, McKenna and Dave offered stellar service, assuring that every detail of my move went smoothly. Each of my possessions was carefully packed and arrived safely at my new home. And their team were the nicest guys-- hard working, respectful, and eager to help. My experience was far less stressful than average, simply because I used this company. I highly recommend them.

Moving a senior from their home to a smaller space is an emotional and often overwhelming process, but David and McKenna, the owners of Senior Move Services, made it so much easier from start to finish. They were well organized, reliable, and compassionate, and worked really well with the person they were helping to move. They have a calm and respectful approach and took the time to listen, kept everything on track, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel manageable.
