However, Teresa was incredibly friendly, patient, and informative making it a pleasant experience through & through!! I've never rented a storage space before so this is a new experience for me. I went to the office to sign papers and get the orientation and Kacie was super helpful, friendly, professional and explained everything so well. Top notch experience. I haven't had as great an experience by simply renting a storage unit as I did with Sentinel! Kacie was fun and knowledgeable, pointing out what I needed to know. Prices are fair and actually cheaper than others. The unit was clean and easy to access. Highly recommend.
