The company cancelled our move at the last minute on the morning of our scheduled move, saying the truck 'wasn't leaving,' without offering any solution or alternative. Very disappointing and frustrating. We had to find a plan B ourselves, which incurred additional costs and caused significant delays.
Hello Ms. Gunner, We are sincerely sorry for the situation and completely understand your frustration. We experienced an unforeseen mechanical issue with one of our trucks this morning. As it was a Saturday, our teams were already fully mobilized.
I didn't have much to move (a sofa, a few boxes, some small pieces of furniture). Everything was in a warehouse, so it was all in one place. I'd already made several trips to move my things, so there wasn't much left. They took their time, and it took them 5 hours to move my belongings. I asked them to put almost everything in the garage, so it wasn't complicated... My house is 6 minutes from where I was storing my things. They charged me for an hour of travel and gas.

Clearly unreliable and unprofessional, he rescheduled the appointment twice and ultimately couldn't show up. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He's a 0/5 service provider.

Extremely disappointed… my TV, which was only 7 months old, no longer works, and LG refuses to reimburse me because they claim there was some impact on the TV, which was working perfectly before. The moving company is refusing to reimburse me for my TV. I moved on November 4, 2025. It was an easy move with no appliances to move, but they still managed to break a 7-month-old TV. Find another moving company. In response to the message of November 24: I tried to call you back, but without success.
We have tried several times to contact you to offer compensation for your television, but we don't know the exact cause of the damage, as you only contacted us five days after your move to inform us of it.
Never use this company. They are unreliable. They confirm they're coming, but they never actually show up. If they do, they arrive six hours later. And if they don't show up, they give no explanation and make up some lame excuse. Don't waste your time with them.

Incredible team! They don't waste a second. We've never had such a great move; the guys were funny, respectful of our place, and very friendly. I was really impressed by their efficiency. We were moving from a basement to a 4th-floor apartment with no elevator, and they did it in 5 hours, and we weren't exactly helping out. It definitely would have taken us two days without them! I highly recommend them to everyone.
