To begin with we were in a situation where a reliable responsible mover was needed we were quoted a time and date an an estimate of how long to load we were than contacted after the time we were told saying the would be there at time that did not allow enough time to pack since where our stuff was at would be locked with no access at 5 pm.After intense conversation they agreed to do next morning.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!! We made the mistake of hiring a moving broker -- Moving APT -- instead of a moving company (they lied when I flat-out asked, told me they were a moving company). Moving APT in turn assigned the job to Shift Van Lines, who in turn subcontracted the last leg out to another horrible moving company, Green Lines. I now understand that they use multiple movers to avoid all accountability. Your stuff got broken in the move? Good luck figuring out who to file a claim with!!

Changing my review to 1 star. Although the drivers, packers, and unloaders were great. The company overall is poorly ran. My furniture was severely damaged in my move, and they misplaced my couch in the warehouse. Delivery took 2-3 attempts bc the trucks "broke down". Not to mention, they harass you the day of delivery for the remaining payment. However, they bully you in cash payments, but only accept zelle payments which normally have a daily limit. Long story there...

RED FLAG! RED FLAG! RUN, far far Away. I was totally scammed by this company and had the worst experience moving in my entire life. They showed up at 4:45pm for an appointment window of 11am to 3pm. Then, the team leader came into May apartment and started to look around wide eyed and asking “is ALL of this stuff getting moved?” I immediately knew in that moment that I was going to be over charged, and boy was I correct.

Extremely Disappointed with Service – Urgent Attention Required This was my first time moving across states, and unfortunately, my experience with Shift Van Lines has been deeply disappointing. To date, I have not received my belongings. When the delivery drivers finally arrived, they were inexplicably carrying cleaning supplies instead of my furniture.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this moving company. The move for my parents was handled carelessly, and a significant amount of their furniture was severely damaged. Several pieces arrived scratched, dented, or broken, showing a complete lack of respect for customers' belongings. Even worse, three of my items never arrived. Despite bringing this to the company's attention, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution. Losing customers' property is completely unacceptable.

🚨 Warning: Do NOT use Swift Shift Van Lines L.L.C. — complete scammers! 🚨 Please read all the reviews they will have a lot of good reviews which are all by they own workers to cover up the BAD reviews. Its on google reviews, bbb and on there fake websites. Please look at their website it’s clearly fake. Please don’t give these people your money. I will be telling everyone about this company and will be going to the news about them. It time to come together an shut them down.

We were told on the phone that the movers were coming on a Wednesday and that the belongings would be moved the 230 miles by Friday. The movers did not arrive on Wednesday, but did come on Thursday. When we let Swift Shift Vanlines know the movers were late, they said it was fine that they had 48 hours and the days were just estimates.

Just used this team to help me move. They exceeded all expectations. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and thoughtfully. I don’t love moving, but when I move again, I’d work with these guys again in a heartbeat. Very reasonable price for the quality of service. 10/10 recommend. Worth every penny.
