In their own words
(1) A driver "Kevin" with use of profanity referenced me out of my legal name. (2) Arrived excessively late and with a temper (3) From time of late arrival time Kevin displayed an unprofessional attitude about his company and used profuse profanity on the job while complaining and disrespecting his colleague and the customer "myself and my son's time, tolerance and expenses" from the arrival time to completion.
First off they kept playing basketball. One worker told me my disabled son was spoiled because he had a lot of things. Then they broke the water valve and NEVER told me. I find out days later after flooding the wall and floor and they of course want to blame a disabled person that can’t turn a knob because his hand is deformed. They broke SEVERAL items of furniture and don’t want to take responsibility for any of it!
If I could leave a 0 star, I absolutely would. This is the worst moving company I have dealt with and I move alot with the military. Never showed up on original day of move. Rescheduled for next day and surprise, surprise never showed up again. No call back, voice mailbox full, noone answers or returns call but they were so quick to collect my deposit. Terrible, terrible, service!
They damaged our front door, $1000, they scratched up our new floors and walls, they dented our fridge, they didn't have the equipment to move items so they said they would be back and never showed up, they didn't move a fridge into our house but left it in the garage, I called 3 times and texted before anyone called me back, and even after that no one called back to resolve my problem. They also charged an extra 500.
Showed up 2 hours late. 15 after being on site and asking about a tip. If I didn’t have to get this move done today I’d tell them to leave right now. 2 hours in, guy is on 3rd smoke break. Was told movers will be here soon by the packers. 40 min later, still waiting. I’m starting to get nervous I won’t be able to close out our accounts in town for this out of town move. All because they can’t show up on time and want to sit around cursing.
Several pieces of furniture were chipped and scratched. They were 2 and half hours late arriving to pack the truck and 2 house late arriving at the new address. The workers worked hard but I feel like they needed one more person. Truck was packed very unprofessionally,resulting in damage done to furniture. They are pleasant to deal with, just great quality of work provided. I also felt the cost was a bit too high.
Took all my furniture apart, delivered it and left it apart. The screws were all over the place. This was the worst move I've ever experienced. They left alot of my furniture at my old apartment. Will never recommend and will continue to rate until someone reaches out to me.

This past September 23rd, Simple Moving Solutions came to our home to pick up and move a very large spa, from a very complicated location at our home in Cochran, GA. They did an awesome job and I can heartily recommend them as excellent, caring and respectful movers! Thank you Austin for you and your team for doing a great job for Mr. J. Shearer, purchaser of our spa, and also for the great care you took to care about our property as you had to back up your large truck quite a distance to load the spa.

The guys out of Dublin are unbelievable. With a great work ethic. Everyone was so well mannered and polite. As a business owner myself I rate there employees as top notch. From the first phone call to the women that packed me the day before I cannot say enough good things about them. They took such good care of us. Paying the bill was easy when working with such a professional staff. With a staff such as these the company can only succeed.
I hired a team for an unload only and had a great experience. They worked quickly and professionally in some pretty toasty weather. I will definitely be calling them in a couple years when it's time to PCS again. Also, for those of you reading this trying to decide who to call: Moving sucks, you're gonna hate it, but these folks will make it much easier on you and the family.
