I hired Simply Better Moving for a residential move, which included disconnecting and relocating my refrigerator. During the move into my new home, there was wall and paint damage from furniture being moved upstairs. The company did return to address this, but the paint did not match the original finish. The more serious issue occurred at my previous home. After the move, a leak developed at the refrigerator water shutoff valve—the same location where the water line had been disconnected by Simply Better Moving.

I can’t thank Garrett and his team enough! From start to finish, he answered all of my questions even when my moving dates kept changing. He was always accommodating and made the entire process so much easier. Moving is already stressful, but they made sure everything was packed neatly and handled with care, all while working quickly and efficiently. Their professionalism really stood out. I honestly wish I could take them with me on every move because they truly put me at ease.
Best moving experience ever. These guys were very professional, hard working, and took very good care of our belongings. They were helpful and surprisingly quick, even with a difficult set of stairs. I can't recommend them enough. Two years ago, I used another mover who charged rocket prices and delivered the worst service I have ever had. This was the complete opposite of that. I will recommend Simply Better Moving to everyone and gladly use them again.
