I wouldn’t even give them one star if it was an option!! The owner said the drivers were on their way, and showed up over an hour late. He gave me an hourly quote, then at the end of the day, tried to tack on over $300 in extra charges. We agreed an a final amount. I paid the movers what we agreed on and the owner then called me to argue that I owed him another $50. He barely spoke English at all. He did not understand most of what I explained to him.
I booked 2 men and a truck for a move on August 30th, 2019 at 10 am. On the morning of August 30th I had to ask them to postpone the move to the afternoon since my new place wasn’t quite ready. They obliged to come at 2 pm. After the walk through, one of the two came back in and said there are a lot of boxes. The boss wants $400 deposit. First I've heard of a deposit. I had a conversation with the Boss and agreed to send him $200 by email transfer and then pay as I went.
U have more than 3 bedrooms stuff how's that possible to be done in 3 hrs.guys take Lunch break they paid for that.nothing is broken in move.i don't think 621$ is more for more 3 bedroom stuff.
EXTRA CHARGES FOR HEAVY ITEMS????? Last minute my moving day changed so I called around frantically for a moving company that had availability. I found Sky Dream Movers and they had availability, now I know why!!! I spoke with the owner on the phone, he quoted me $135/hour which I said no problem and let him know I had a washer and dryer that needed moving as well. When the movers got to my house on the day of the move they wouldn't start work until I gave them a $800 deposit (I was not advised of this).
We move ur 6 bedroom house lot of stuff 2 trips of 5 Ton truck..lots of heavy stuff over 100lbs. We can charge if anything is over 100lbs.And appliances u didn't mention when u book it..i don't think 1288$ is too much to move 6 bedroom house with short notice move..thnx
Hired these movers to move, they left all my children's toys somewhere and claim they didn't. They say the giant Rubbermaid bin is at my new place, but 1000% it is not. They will not take ownership of it and try to deflect to make it seem like it was your fault. I would not hire these guys again as they are shady and say it's all your fault they left something large and heavy.
We didn't even see ur children's toys rubbermaid anywhere. whatever stuff u shows to my guys they move it.
They're Movers had no respect for what they were moving they dragged my mattress down the hall there's a hand truck tire tread across the face of it had a glass display case that they didn't even tie to the wall when they were hauling it they charged me $650 for just over 1 hour

Had a great experience with The Sky Dream Movers LTD. Best movers ever. Delivery was on schedule and not a thing was missing or broken. Reasonably priced, very punctual and great care of my stuff.
