The rating breakdown
2 of the 23 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Smart Move Arizona are one or two star.
Worked out from 23 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Flagstaff
1.9 percentage points higher than the middle of the 15 listings in Flagstaff we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
I reserved a UHaul truck and booked Smart Move AZ through the UHaul site. Picking up truck (reserved one month ahead of time) at 10AM, movers to help load at 10:45AM. UHaul did not have a truck for us despite confirmed reservation. At the last minute, the only truck available was in Prescott (Penske). We had to drive from Flagstaff to Prescott to get the truck.
We just worked with Smart Move AZ to load up Uboxes for a cross country move and we could not have been happier with the service. The guys were fast, strategic, efficient, friendly, careful—overall very professional crew. They were able to pack up a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house in 3 hours. We told them we’d ordered 4 boxes with the hope they could fit everything into 3 and they did it! Saved us tons of money on an extra Ubox. The price was a phenomenal deal, too! Cannot recommend these guys enough!
Highly recommend Smart Move AZ! Very professional, punctual, and responsive. So thankful for Colin and Jesse, who packed/unpacked the Uhaul and finished my whole move in 2 hours. Super friendly guys, who I'll absolutely use again when I have to move. (But hopefully not for awhile! ;D)
As a veteran of many moves, I can say these are the best movers I have ever encountered. They kept me informed of all the schedules and plans and made sure everything went smoothly. When unloading they did everything necessary (for no extra charge) to put things where they needed to be--they took off doors, disassembled and reassembled furniture, put together beds, and made everything fit. They even gathered up all the shrink wrap, bubbles, paper and packing material that we were unwrapping and hauled it away.
