DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! This is a scam. They hounded us for days to get us to pay reservation fee and then sent us email confirmation. On moving day, they never showed up. We had to pay another company triple to get them to help us load our truck same day. It was excuse after excuse and the manager refused to call me or speak to me. They claimed that our job didn't get put on the crew's calendar for some unexplained reason and that they just couldn't make it to us at all on moving day.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting it must have been. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We take scheduling and communication very seriously and are reviewing what happened to ensure it doesn’t occur again.
Ty is a very nice man but he and his moving crew were not equipped to handle the size of our move. Numerous pieces of our furniture and items were damaged or broken. We have high end furnishing and the way they packed the truck was haphazardly done. Assembly of furniture, if done, was incomplete.

The guys were on time, communicated with me in advance so I knew when to expect them, they were efficient and professional movers. No damage or problems with our belongings. They worked well with both me and my wife. At first, I scheduled them just to help me load and they were so great I brought them back to help unload, too. Great value for us! Highly recommend!
I have used the service twice. The first time I needed the crew to move everything from the house to a pods container so that I could have the hardwood floors refinished. I didn’t really care any anything dragging on the floor initially because the floors were old and in bad shape. Even so, they still took the greatest precaution to not damage the floors. They loaded the pods container with the skill of a master Tetris player. After they left I called the company to ask if I could have that same team back.
The crew that helped us, Ty, Jordan, Devantae, and Kemarz, did fantastic. They were insistent on us not lifting anything, just letting them do it. By the time I could pick up a box or a piece of furniture, they had it out of my hands and out the door so fast. They paid close attention to our furniture and the walls so nothing was scuffed or damaged. The only break they took the entire ten hours of moving was their lunch break.

Extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. Ollo, Zeb, and Moses came to help me unload my U-Haul as I was moving from out of state. They were schedule to arrive between and 9am and 10am. They were there at 8:45 and ready to work! They were all very personable and friendly. I planned to do a lot of the work myself and I really just hired them in case I needed help lifting heavier pieces. However, they were so quick and efficient, I mostly just stayed out of the way and directed where things went.
