Worst movers ever. Brenden & his cousin showed up 1 1/2 hrs late, hung over. Took almost 12 hrs to move 1/2 of my stuff out of a 2 bedroom apartment, I had to move the rest on my own. Belongings broken and missing including a key to my front door. Keys just don't fall off or key rings. I can NOT put into words how horrible of an experience it was. Neighbors came to let me know that my belongings had been going up & down the elevator for at least 45 min. Light in hallway of apt complex broken & dings in wall.

Didn't finish our move, didn't replace broken furniture, didn't repair holes they left in our drywall. The movers themselves were great to work with, but they showed up with fewer guys and a smaller truck than they said they had planned for. This resulted in only half our move being done on day one, which put us in a huge bind with getting out of our old house in time for our contract. Then they didn't finish the move the next day.

Do not hire this company and allow the workers to be around your family, belongings, or home. We were stopped at a gas station with our children. My boyfriend was getting a few things inside and came out to the gas pumps stating a man behind him in line was being rude and impatient. The man came out yelling, trying to call my boyfriend over from the ice machine to fight him. And started making comments to me as I was pumping gas.

The moving process seemed like it was going well at first, until we started unpacking... they did not do a good job of labeling items and took forever to find random things in random places and still haven’t found even simple bathroom items. Things were left scattered and unorganized. We bought them lunch and even tipped them $400 for removing trash etc. then, i found out i was Rich had lied to me saying that the boxes and everything else were included in the hourly rate, and they weren’t.

Do not use this company. First they showed up a hour late. Poor quality dinged up walls. Will not return phone calls. Does not try to make things right. I hope whoever reads this does not use this company do your self a favor call someone else. Got hung up on multiple times and phone number blocked while trying to get ahold of them. Paid them $450 bucks for them to not perform. The "manager" stood there the whole time while not even working making the other two who clearly have no experience work.

I was actually very interested in hiring this company to move me. An estimator came out and what he shared sounded good to me. He said he would have a formal bid to me in the afternoon. I called back late afternoon asking about the bid as I need to decide which moving company to use. I called again the second day, but still no response back. They lost my business!
